Crate mould

There are two common demoulding system for crate mould: one is cylinder, another one is latch lock. Most customers like latch lock system, due to its short cycle time which can help customer produce more products per day. But the mould life of latch lock will be shorter than cylinder system.


The following crate mould demoulding system is stripper plate with latch lock, the mold structure is relatively stable than cylinder system. Crates is dropping automatically which more efficiency.


The following crate is cylinder system without drop automatically. But the mold structure can be set to fall automatically, it depends on the needs of customers.


At the same time, the crate mould can be designed interchangeable inserts to make different type crate in one mould. Like the sidewall or bottom of crate can with or without holes, or make different logo on crate molds. It can get 4 different crates by 2 moulds though interchangeable inserts. This way is cost efficient.

If your material is recycle raw material, we will design the large gate firstly reduce recycle material blocking the gate. Avoid your worries when producing from recycled materials.
